Mrs*** did call and filed a damaged claim with us a few weeks agoWe had been waiting to hear back from Parker House the manufacture of the sectional that she purchased, this can sometimes be a lengthy processI personally was out of town when Mrs*** notified us of the problem, but
after I got back to town and learned of the problem, I personal contacted Mrs*** and set a time to come out and look at the furniture personallyAfter inspection, I told Mrs*** that I would just replace the damaged piecesI didn't want Mrs*** to half to wait on the manufactureWe have ordered the her the new piecesMrs *** sounded very happy with the way we were taking care of her
We at Northwest Beds & Home Furnishings always want to strive to do our best to take care of our customers and make sure they have a great experience shopping with usI'm not sure where the break down in communication happenedI have spoken with my employees to help make sure that everyone is following procedures and our customers are being communicated with to the best of our abilitiesAll warranties and damages are covered by the manufactures and any customer can at any point contact the manufacture directly to take care of the their issuesWe at Northwest Beds & Home Furnishings will do whatever we can to help facilitate the process for our customers, hoping to minimize the frustrations of dealing with the manufactures
