Northwest Cane Corsos Reviews (1)

Attached is my response to *** ***'s claims, as well as the signed contract, where paragraph of the contract discloses the UTI and the meds *** was sent to ***'s with and the puppy info sheet *** was given the day she took *** home.. Any questions please don't hesitate
to call me, 360-306-I don't check my email often, so calling or texting is the best way to contact me... Thank you..*** the french bulldog pup in question, was advertised on my website North West French Bulldogs, with the description under her picture stating she had a UTI (Urinary Track Infection) and that she can go to a new home as soon as she finished her weeks of Clavamox (antibiotic). I wanted to be certain she had a clean bill of health before going to a new home. *** *** called me to inquire about her, which I discussed at length ***'s UTI and everything that was done to the pups since birth. We set up an appointment to meet *** and she fell in love with her at first sight. *** preferred to take her right away and not wait for her to get over her UTI in my home. *** was happy to give *** her Clavamox, if she could buy her right then and there and take her home the day she met ***I was completely fine with that and sent *** home with *** with the remaining Clavamox prescription prescribed by my vet, along with cranberry pills for better urinary track health.. French bulldogs have cobied bodies and often females are born with a vulva that is recessed, because of the shape of this adorable breed, which can cause a UTIAs the frenchie matures the vulva will pop out more and usually they will not have a recurrence of a UTI When *** took *** to the vet for her vet check, which is a mandatory clause in my puppy contract, the vet found *** to have a UTI, (no surprise there) which we already new the dog had and was on antibiotics for. Along with the UTI the vet suspected she may have vaginitis because *** kept licking her irritated vulva, because UTI's can be irritating and gave her a salve to help with the irritation. And of course ***'s vulva was recessed a bit being she is a french bulldog pup, that is less than months old and her vulva has not fully matured.. This is all her vet had found during the vet check, which was no surprise to *** as *** was sold to her with all that fully disclosed, before she even purchased the pupAs well the issue of ***'s UTI was written in the contract before being sold, which *** gladly signed before taking the pup homeSo yes, I sold *** a pup that had a UTIThis is not a "sick" pup with a condition or illness that *** was not aware of, however in all her slanderous post, she is trying to make it look like that is the case.. After the vet visit, *** called me and said that she is anaphylactic to the clavamox that *** was on and she had to have her husband give *** the antibiotics I sent with her, as she could not be near the meds*** also informed me during that call, that when petting *** she was breaking out in hives, because of her allergy to the antibiotics *** was onShe was also concerned that *** may have future UTI's, so she wanted to return *** to meI was completely honest with *** about ***'s UTI before she purchased her and even before she met her, so why would *** not disclose to me prior to purchasing ***, that she was ANAPHYLACTIC to ***'s antibiotic before purchasing her? I informed *** that I would be happy to give her the full purchase price of *** back, with either the sale of *** or from the sale of the next available litter, which was just months after she returned *** to me*** went to a fantastic home a couple weeks later, but still had the UTI we were working on eradicating, as she was still on the Clavamox. I decided to give *** back her purchase price with the sale of the next litter, because I wanted to make sure *** did fine in her new home firstOnce we switched up ***'s antibiotic to a completely different antibiotic, her UTI cleared up and has not reoccurred since and she is a happy healthy pup, who is very much loved by her new family.. I did send *** an email and told her she will be receiving a full refund upon the sale of the next litter. However this woman who decided to take a pup home with the full knowledge of the UTI and that the pup was on an antibiotic that she is "apparently" anaphylactic to, expects a full refund immediately and doesn't care to live up to the terms of the contract..(which actually states I don't have to replace the pup for a UTI or give her money back..) I am find doing this for anyone though, as my first concern is the pup I brought into this world and not the monetary value of the pup.. She has been posting lies every where she can about me and ***She is stating that I sold her a "sick" puppy, making it sound as though there were health issues with the pup that *** was NOT "aware" of, which is not the caseIn this complaint with the Revdex.com, she even states that her vet found issues described as "aband concerning", which is a complete lie My contract, which *** signed before any money switched hands, clearly states in writing in paragraph 2, which I pointed out to her as well before signing, my full disclosure of ***'s UTI and the meds she was on and being sent to her home with. I have ATTACHED a copy of this contract that *** signed so everyone can see the truth I am "always" honest and open about anything concerning my fur babies, because I want them to have the very best home that will be able to care for all their needs, whether the pups need is a mental of physical one.. I am happy to return deposits and even the full purchase price of any one of my pups, which I clearly state on my website and will replace a pup with the next available pup from another litter if need beIn this case I "was" fine with returning the purchase price to ***However, because she is trying so hard to slander me in every venue she can find, then I may be rethinking this and taking her to court instead for slander and punitive damagesI refuse to be bullied by someone who made such a careless decision and demands her money back when she wants it, instead of living up to the terms of the contract she signed*** is a living breathing soul and should not be bought and sold like a toy or a piece of furniture..*** should have given this situation a lot more thought... If anyone wants to research this complaint please feel free to contact me Jeannette L*** 360-306-or my vet to inquire about the health of *** or any of my dogs/pups. My vet is FOUNTAIN VET in BELLINGHAM, WA the pup in question is ***, who born January 10, 2017. The vet that *** *** took *** to for the mandatory vet check I make all my new puppy families do, is NORTHEAST VETERINARY HOSPITAL in SEATTLE, WA…
