I have received parcels mailed from the east coast in a more timely mannerPutting "buzz words" in bold face type does not make them a realityNWCCH must be advised that when they contract with an outside billing company, it is a direct reflection on their business practicesIt is an unfortunate experience that I don't really need right now especially after dealing with an intense surgery that I am still recovering fromI appreciate the direct communication that I am now receiving after the fact but it is obvious that it is merely damage control at this pointWhere is my check??
