Here is a brief summary of the history of the vehicle here at the dealership.When we got the vehicle we checked it for trouble codes [redacted] [redacted] **Test drove the vehicle multiple times, unable to verify concern Tested harness continuity; passed Tested harness resistance; passed Tested harness for short to voltage or ground; passed Communicated with [redacted] and suggested to replace camshaft sensor Replaced sensor Communicated with Walter from Chrysler Told to perform camshaft connector harness repair Test drove vehicle for 60+ miles; no codes or abperformance.At this point, we have completed all work suggested by Chrysler and [redacted] (Chrysler's engineering department), and we cannot get the vehicle to repeat the problem.Customer will be called today for pick up If the problem repeats, we will of course be eager to help correct the problem

We will be contacting the customer on 9-9-to find a resolution Most likely we will get the vehicle in our shop immediately and provide the customer with a loaner vehicle while we have theirs We will do whatever is necessary to repair the vehicle to the customer's satisfaction.Matt

the sale. It seems we failed you and would like to refund you the service contract for maintenance package. The amount will be refunded back to you, where would you like the check to be mailed back to you. Hopefully we might be able to make it up and try us again in the near future. If you choose to do so I would like to personally do an in person apology for the past service visit. I will not bother anyone againBut I do expect to have all Lug nuts and the damaged rim in the back of my Jeep as proof that they actually did the job

On the multiple occasions we have had the vehicle in the shop, we cannot get the problem to reliably duplicate.We contacted ***, the Chrysler engineering department for assistance in next steps We are waiting for instructions from themWe do have parts ordered and here on stand by and once we are advised how to proceed from *** we will contact the customer to get the vehicle back in

The vehicle was purchased on July In other words, everything was signed on July 25.However, it took the customer days to get us all the necessary documentation needed to fully submit the deal to the only bank that would prequalify this deal We received all the correct documents
from the customer on August We submitted all the paperwork to the bank the very next day on August The funding process often takes 2-weeks with this bank We received final funding from the bank on September and immediately sent off the payment to pay off the customers trade in.The primary delay in this entire transaction was the time it took for the customer to provide the necessary documents After that, there is nothing we can do to make a bank's processes go any faster

Our General Sales Manager, Martin D*** called *** *** on Friday, January and made an appt for *** *** to come in this past weekend We were able to completely take care of *** *** by trading him out of his current truck into another vehicle that met his family's needs much better

We had a couple mistakes on our website including incorrect pricing (discounts) and a vehicle listed as in inventory when in fact it was sold already This understandably made it look as though we were completely unorganized, but we weren't trying to pull a fast one.Thankfully, *** *** was
understanding and continued to work with us and we were able to make him a great deal a couple days after he lodged this complaint

As Mr*** stated in his complaint, he completed a deal with NW Dodge on September The deal was completely done All paperwork signed and completed He took his trade in home to clean it out and found a campaign email that just happened to be sent out that same day He
presented the offer he is referring to the following day when he brought his trade back in.While the offer does not explicitly state any specific conditions or guarantees, for the buyer or the dealership, it should not be assumed the the offer applies retroactively to deals that have already been completed

Pretty much everything Mr. [redacted] has stated is correct.We did in fact damage the wheel on his Jeep. We have offered to have this wheel repaired, which is possible.  Instead Mr. [redacted] insisted he wanted a new replacement wheel...which we are happy to provide.  But, the wheel(s) in...

question are after market and very popular.  We have a replacement wheel on order.  The manufacturer of the wheel has a multi-month back order on the orders.  We have spoken with them and the earliest we can expect the needed wheel is the end of January.We would very much like to have Mr. [redacted] back in his vehicle, but since a new wheel is required per Mr. [redacted], the end of January is the soonest it will be ready.  In the mean time, we have provided Mr. [redacted] a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee at our expense to drive until his Jeep is ready.

The vehicles oil was changed from regular to synthetic.  From here we are happy to assist the customer in any way we can with regards to any repairs necessary to the vehicle.
