tried setting up a day and time with [redacted] to review the areas she is saying wasn't done correctly. We offered Thursday 11/5 evening, Friday evening 11/6, and also Saturday morning 11/7. She refused and wanted a "re-clean". I'm offering a discount on the services provided. There was a $20 return check fee that we received from our bank since [redacted] did a stop payment. The total amount due was $172.82. I will discount the bill $40. Total due including $20 return check fee will be $152.82.
