I felled up the services release form with my name and my signature as I normally do since January 29, 2016, that’s when (Tyler) at the front desk instructed me. Because I can’t write in English and I need help with reading or writing but my English speaking is not bad. I handled the form to a new female student at the front desk.
(Jenny) evening lead manager’ (as she identified herself to me) called me and wants me to write my address on the form.
I told her that I am putting my name and my signature for years and if there any changes in the policy.
She told me if I did not put my address then they will refuse services to me.
I told her that all my information in the system in their computer and I can’t write in English since it is not my first language but she insisted to refuse services if I did not put my address.
I informed her that I will put my address if someone will help me write it on the form then she wrote it for me after I verbally state it to her.
She asked me to have a seat and wait for (Mathias) to have a hair cut
I mention to her that I am a Senior Citizen and if she can put that on my paper, she said ok she will do that but I did not see her putting that on the paper and then I asked her again to put that I am a senior the paper then other students (3 students) were there standing in between me and (Jenny) evening lead manager’ the student told me they will tell her that because she ignored me and started talking to another student next to her behind the front desk.
While I am setting I heard (Jenny) evening lead manager’ telling the new student next to her about my form “YES, it’s important to put the address”; I told her “that’s FAKE”, She immediately said that she has to ask me to leave the place if I did not stop talking. I told her that ether what she told me about putting my address on the form is FAKE instruction or what (Tyler) insertion in January 2016 was FAKE.
She said, “you are interpreting me when I was talking to my student, and again if you don’t stop talking
