I have reviewed the response of *** *** and reviewed our recordsInitially Ms*** failed to respond to phone messages left on her cell phoneStarting in March phone messages could no longer be left on her cell phoneShe was contacted on March 13, at 3:05PM and again on May 30, at 1:45PM at her place of employment with no objection voiced
With no response to written requests there was an attempt to contact Ms*** at her place of employment again on June 20, at 3:05PMShe made an objection during that cal! about being contacted at workA note was placed in our recordsAs a follow up to this complaint her phone numbers were removed from the system and notes were made that all contact would be by mailNo contact other than mailed has been made since
I have tried to contact Ms*** for more details about her complaint using the phone number on her account without success

This review is suppose to be for the location in Belle Vernon at the tri county plaza. This is the location that shows up on the listing but then it submits the review here or for some reason.
I received a certified letter in the mail that was the most unprofessional thing I had ever came across. I took a small loan (under $1000) from the Northwest location in belle vernon pa a few months ago. The interest rate on the loan is 28%. I was late making a payment and I was sent a letter that was almost child-like and it was signed by the assistant manager of the branch.
I contacted the branch about the letter and at first they denied responsibility for it blaming the corporate office; however they later recanted and admitted that they were behind the letter.
I would advise anyone looking for an installment loan to look elsewhere as this company is not professional. When you are charging people sub-prime rates for your money and they are sometimes late on a payment; that's why you are charging 28% interest. Get it?

Review: I have tried working with this company several times as to when I would be able to post payments for my loan. They are well aware that I only get paid once a month, I would be making payment a few days later than what would have been my "scheduled" payment date; they said that would be fine. Upon receiving this loan, I didn't realize how much trouble that would really be. Every month, on the 16th (the day I get paid), they are calling me from 8:00 am, on. I work so I am not always able to answer the phone, they'll make sure they leave message after message and continue to call everyday until I get into the office to make a payment! I kindly asked them, several times, to bare with me. I'm not always able to get in on the same day I get paid, it also takes a day or two for my check to clear once I put it into the bank. They couldn't respect that and still continued. Recently, I had broke my cell phone and they were not able to call me so they started to call my place of employment. I told them the day I signed up for the loan, I was NOT able to get personal calls, that's part of the reason I don't even believe I gave them the number. Next thing I know, I am getting calls from them at work! Myself and my current employee had BOTH asked them several times to please, STOP calling, I am NOT allowed calls. Again, they never respected that and still continued to call. When they asked how they were supposed to contact me, I told them, simple: mail. The lady that works there, actually picked at me one day, for a few minutes, insisting that she didn't believe that I didn't have a cell phone or a contact number anymore. I have tried to be nice, several times, but now that it comes down to risking my job - things are just out of control!Desired Settlement: I would simply like the company to work with me as they claimed. Give me a few days to get my payment in, after my payday. STOP calling my work. Simply, RESPECT me, as a person, as a customer! A friendly reminder is one thing. I do NOT need to be called SEVERAL times a day, week, etc, and I surely do NOT need to be called at work. I don't know what they feel they need to do to make things right, but something DOES need to happen...
