Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received a letter that was dated Jan 22nd - that said I still owed $If Petro claims that the charges were removed on Jan 21st then why did I receive the letter dated Jan nd (attached in the response)Also given that I have spent over hrs on the phone and writing letters - I DEMAND PETRO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCOMPETENCE THAT PETRO HAS DEMONSTRATED AND THE INCONVENIENCE AND AGGRAVATION THAT THIS HAS CAUSED ME AND MY WIFE I am saving all of these emails - I see a small claims court trip in the works here Regards, [redacted]

Mrs***’s issue was resolved on 2/Both the delivery billing error and service issue were addressedMrs*** received credits for these errorI have reached out to Mrs*** to validate that all issues were resolved to here satisfaction, but have not heard back from her

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mrs*** concernsMrs*** account was opened October 26, As requested, we set a propane tank with gallons of propane on October 31, Mrs*** was charged a $set up fee as well as $for gallons of
propane in the tank, totaling $Our Field Service Supervisor spoke with Mr*** on November 6, and advised the tank was not empty, it still had gallons of propane remainingDuring this call Mr*** requested the account be closed and the scheduled delivery be cancelledHe also advised he was disconnecting the propane line and wanted the tank to be removedMr*** was advised we would schedule a technician to pick up the tank and we would credit the account for remaining product in the tankOn November 7, the tank was retrieved and the account was credited $for the gallons of unused propane, leaving a balance of $on the accountFollowing several conversations with Mrand Mrs***, we are pleased to advise our Service Manager resolved this dispute and there is no balance due on the accountPlease advise if you require additional informationSincerely, Greta *** Customer Service Manager ###-###-#### ***

This consumer resides in [redacted].  I have contacted the local office who advises that the service agreement charge was removed from this account on January 21, 2015 and the account has been closed at the consumer's request.  There is a zero balance due.
