As I said before sir, I will remove the lien fees as soon as you pay the $for services rendered. These are the prices you agreed to and this invoice is valid. As soon as our office receives the $your account will be updated and closed with a zero balance

The entire invoice has been removed form Ms***'s account. I was not aware that she was not advised on the day rental

I am rejecting this response because:Arwood did not do everything in its power to fulfill the order.  I found another provider, so Arwood could have contracted with another provider to fulfill their obligation.  At the very least, I would have liked to receive a notice informing me that Arwood could not fulfill its obligation.  I had to initiate all contact and was never told definitively that the product was not going to be provided.

 Complaint: [redacted]    , the lien was totally unneccesary.  a simple phone call or a letter or anything other than a phone call from from my customer saying, "hey the dumpster company is gonna put a lien on my house because you didn't pay them"  he was angry, we overpaid originally, we were not satisfied with the service, and anything but a flat rate per ton = trickery.  the dumpster was a day late.  What do you think is fair?

Unfortunately, these things happen and we can not supply the units.  We never ran a credit card nor entered any of there information into our system.  All of the personal information has been deleted and we sincerely, apologize for the inconvenience.

Arwood Waste does indeed have a junk removal however, it is not a free service. We charged you $307 for removing the debris from your location. overages as I am the one that advised you would have 5 tons. Arwood Waste must pay franchise fees in Claycounty. The reason the bill is so large is because he dumpsters were very heavy.  For the dumpster service itself the total charge was indeed $1,268.93 however all of our dumpsters allot the customer up to 2 tons of debris with no additional fees. One of these dumpsters were 15.67 tons, one was 21.47...

tons and the last one was 17.01 tons.  This is where the balance of $2,261.35 comes form on the invoice. The additional $1,801.46 on the account is for late fees as well as a $425 fee for a mechanic lien. Please remit payment of $2,690.28 and Arwood Waste will remove all the late fees as well as send you a lien release.
