Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My husband, [redacted] and I, had filed a complaint (# [redacted] ) with the Revdex.com on April 4th, 2018, regarding the business Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, located in Ellensburg, WAWith this email/Letter, we would like to include and make complaint of the business Tyson Energy Solutions, located in Fresno,CA(559)-754-7095, Owner, Christopher Tyson.? We feel we have to include Tyson Energy Solutions, simply because Chris Tyson, was the installer and serviced the job of the so-call, tin foil insulation, and mold removal devices, at our home on May 30th, 2017.? This efficiency products, mold removal and services was sold to my husband with deceptive and unfair practices, at the MRestaurant, located in Wasilla, AlaskaWe received a Post Card in the mail, thru the U.SPostal Services, with invite, offering a free dinner, to sell their so-call energy efficiency products, and installation services. When we attended the offer of free meal from Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, at the restaurant they collected the cards for the Free Meal, from my husband, as well as others, (mostly elderly) in attendance.? At the Free meal dinner, Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, starts their demonstration, of what they claim is a NASA/Aeroshield product (atticinsulation) but is just a cheap radiant barrier aluminum foil insulation with regular Pink Panther, that has nothing to do with NASAYou can buy a radiant barrier aluminum foil at your local licensed, home improvement store for around cents per sq.ft.? The SCAM, is that they are using the radiant heat from a light bulb to heat up the thermometers at the bottom of the boxIn attics we have convectional heat transfer, not radiant heat transfer, like in Northwest Eco Tech, LLC demonstrationThey sell Solar Fans claiming it is designed by experts in the art of airflow technology with years of aerodynamic engineering experience, and made of aerospace grade material and aircraft grade spun aluminumThey claim their SolarFan removes moisture that causes mold and mildew and that their products, will do just that.? They also, claim their solarfan improves allergies along with their device called ecoprobiotic system (Better Air) claiming removal of mold in your homeYou can buy solar fans for around $with a lifetime warranty at your local licensed? home improvement store, as wellThe ECO probiotic system (Better Air) are installed to spray into your heat ducts, and are nothing but just snake oil, and do not do anything, that is why they don't demonstrate them at the Free dinnersWe presume, they buy all of these products in bulk, but put a $10,+ plus price tag with instillationYou can buy the products and get them installed by your local licensed, home improvement store, for way less than one third that Northwest Eco Tech, LLC and Tyson Energy Solutions prices.? In January (01/08/18), frustrated about the complete system not working, failed benefits, and Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, along with Tyson Energy Solutions, failed attempts to get it to do, what they claimed it would do, my husband requested return of their products installed.? In Jonathan Johnson, (business manager), response to the Revdex.com of April 24th, 2018, he claimed my husband had asked for a FULL refund, in January 2018, because my husband did not want to continue paying for their work doneMy husband had paid every installment payment of$a month to United Consumer Financial Services, P.OBox 856290, Louisville, KY 40285-6290, Phone # [redacted] , the finance company offered by Northwest Eco Tech, LLC for their product and services.? Every payment to United Consumer Financial Services, was PAID, on TIME, every MONTH, and continues to this date.? It was after many unanswered phone calls, written request, since the products and services was sold to him, that he then asked for not only the removal of Northwest Eco Tech, LLC and Tyson Energy Solutions, products, but to credit back United Consumer Financial Services.? We had ask for Gabe R [redacted] , the salesman who sold and did the demonstration to come and remove the products.? Gabe informed us, it would not be able to, until the next time he is in Alaska, and that would be April of After many phone calls to Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, during the months of January, February, March, and April, Gabe finally called (April 4, 2018) to inform us his installer will come out to our home to inspect, and take pictures of Northwest Eco Tech and Tyson Energy Solutions jobWe told him we did not want any installer coming to our home, after waiting all winter long for him to come and remove their products, as my husband has been requesting.? At that time we requested in writing prior to removal that this is exactly what they will be doing, removing their productsHe said there is nothing he can do and he had to talk to his boss first, Jonathan JohnsonWe waited until Jonathan Johnson did his demonstrations in Anchorage, Alaska the Golden Corral Restaurant, & other Steak Houses, and Gabe R [redacted] to do his demonstrations again at the MRestaurant, before Jonathan, finally called us for the first time on April 14th,2018.? Jonathan Johnson called from the number 1-509-421-2065, Wenatchee, WA.telling us he was not the owner of the company and could do nothing for us with regards to removing Tyson Energy Solutions products, or credit to United Consumer Financial ServicesJonathan Johnson told us he was not the owner of Northwest Eco Tech, LLC, and we would have to talk to the owner Billy Cox and there were several ownersHe told us he would contact them and have them call us, as he could not give their numbers for us to call them.? As, of this date NO one has called usWe presume they moved on to another state, with their continue SCAM.? [redacted] and [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

? ? ? In response to the ***'s complaint we have attempted to resolve their concerns [redacted] stated the solar fan is not working.? We have installed 100's of Solar fans in AK with zero problems [redacted] contacted us November of asking for the solar panel to be movedOn 12-17-(see attached satisfaction form) Tyson Energy Solutions, the contractor that preformed all the work at the ***'s house, Installed a second solar panel at no charge to the customer, even though the fan was operating correctly.? The enclosed form shows the fans was working and they were happy and signed off as satisfied.? In January [redacted] contacted us requesting a full refund as she has decided she doesn't want to continue paying for the work she had completed.? We let [redacted] know we were happy to come out and look at the job and see if there were any issuesWe let her know we would be in town April On April 10th we contacted [redacted] to look at the work that was done on their home [redacted] said she will not let anyone come to her house until she is given a letter to end her payments with the bank she financed the work withWe let her know this was not possible as the work that was preformed was correct and proper and everything was working as it was supposed to.? [redacted] refused to let Tyson Energy Solutions or NorthWest Eco come to the house to take videos and pictures of the work that was done on their homeAgain she said give me a letter ending my payments first.? I believe the only problem with this job is that the ***'s are remorseful due to the fact they make monthly payments to the bankWe explained that you cant just change your mind a year later and receive a refundWe are happy to go out to their home and take pictures and videos of the work preformed to document the products were properly installed and everything is working correctlyUnfortunately we believe this is a classic case of buyers remorse a year later, even though they received everything and more than they paid for? Sincerely, ? Jonathan J [redacted] Sales Manager NorthWest Eco
