years ago however she will not bring forward any supporting paper work. This happens to be a standard thing when trying to have repairs done for free. I told this lady and her father that we have no record of any such work being completed. She had then proceeded to tell me that she had paid cash and that nothing was ever documented. This seems very illegal to me. I feel no obligation to warranty a job that we have no record of ever happening and was most likely done illegally by the sounds of it. Like I have mentioned in the past to these individuals if they can provide me with any supporting documents I would be willing to look into the matter.

The scheduling was made through the office girl, her husband who I believe was the manager at the time. We paid cash and no receipt was given. That "illegal" transaction has nothing to do with the customer, that all speaks of how this company does business, an easy way to get out of warranty work I would say. The chatomwr can't control what what you keep or don't keep in your system and files.
