We are still willing to accept the return for the unopened packages on the same terms, but cannot accept the used merchandise

I am sorry that you feel that we have not adequately resolved your concerns To address the privacy issue, we try to describe our product accurately, and offer graphics to approximate the privacy of the slatsBecause the many variations of the chain link mesh it is the responsibility of the customer to measure the specific dimensions of their fence We guarantee our slats are 1-1/4", but we cannot guarantee the size of the diamond of the mesh Please see the attached file, which is included on the website to aid in the buying process Our return policy clearly states that only items that have been unopened can be returned There is also a 7-day limit from the day the order is received for the customer to notify us of a return You received your slats on June 14, but did not contact us until June 26, which is past the return window Our policy is to adhere to our written terms However, we are happy to refund the cost of the unopened slats, even though we are past the return period We are also willing to waive the 35% restocking fee on the unopened items if the items are received in our warehouse within business days of the RMA authorization Buyer is responsible for all return shipping/insurance costs Please review our return policy (see attached file) if you have any questions or need further clarificationSincerely,Slat Depot

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I was never notified of this "policy" in any of my conversations with any of the staff at Slat Depot. This "policy" was not on any receipt that I received for my order. No one cared before that it was past any sort of time and originally claimed that they wanted to help me return the slats. As was started in my first post, when I spoke with Jeremy H[redacted], he had told me I could return all slats for a full refund and that he would work with his shipping department to help me get a cheaper return. I am heavily disappointed in these slats, and they are nowhere near the privacy advertised. I do have 2" diamonds as seen in the attached image. I also sent this image to Jeremy and Mike. The last thing I want to do is screw over a company that is trying to do business, but I feel like I've been screwed and this isn't fair. I want to return all of the slats, as the slats that have been opened were originally promised to be included in the return, before Mike took over my case and refused to provide me any sort of refund. I want to buy more slats that will provide the privacy that I'm looking for, which will be another order around $1,700.00 but the last thing I want to do is support a company that has driven their customer around in circles, offering false promises of guarantees of returns and refunds and ultimately rejecting any sort of refund altogether. It is ridiculous that I had to go through the Revdex.com in order to get a response, as I called Mike back and left him a message and he has yet to return my call.Sincerely,[redacted]
