Per the TAA lease that was signed, all maintenance requests are to be submitted in writingThere are no written requests or documentation of the city have been in the apartment in her fileIf she has a copy of any signed requests, please send them to meIf this was all discussed with previous management before I came to the property in November 2014, why did she not bring any of this to my attention between November to her move out in May 2015? As stated before, the lease agreement requires a written day notice to vacate, so I can not waive the termination fees

I am rejecting this response because:  In response to your letter of whose Right or Wrong:  When no one wants to acknowledge the Witnesses or Negative past Reviews.  It is not up to me to prove anything.  It comes down to the TRUTH, over Lies, Politics, Greed and Cover Up...I will stand on the Truth of knowing God has already made a Judgment on all of this.!  Even though I'm hoping for an honest decision,  I already know who will have the last say of making things right !

I am rejecting this response because: Everything Ms. [redacted], has stated is a lie.  Not only were pictures taken, the city of midland was called pertaining to the black mole, I have many witnesses to verify everything I stated was true, including maintenance that was working there at the time, along with a manager that, has told me she can verify everything stated was nothing but the truth.
