I was insured with them for a little over a week, so the amount they have returned to me seems fair

We had trouble with our front door dead bolt Made an appointment and the locksmith came out as promised; phoned ahead so I knew when to expect him He replaced the lock and gave us an extra key above what I wanted Very pleasant person to deal with....pretty positive experience thanks

Wonderful service. Came when they said they would and the quoted price was the price. Polite and efficient.

I bought a car at the beginning of April and returned the car 3 days later. I canceled my policy with Northwest Insurance and requested a refund shortly after returning the vehicle. Northwest Insurance told me it would take 4-6 weeks to process. I called every week to check on it. I still had heard anything about my refund in June, practically 3 months later. A lady told me I owed them 100 something dollars. That was a mistake and there was no way I owed them money. Finally some one realized the car company I bought the car from never sent in my initial cash payment to start my insurance until June. No one could figure this out for 3 months. After speaking with a supervisor he insured me that my refund would becoming and he would expedite the process. It's now August 2nd. I just got my refund check of only $34 out of $160. I don't believe this is fair after everything I've been through. I waited over 2 weeks just to speak with a supervisor. I called almost everyday to speak with a supervisor and somehow they were never there. The initial person I sent in my hand written letter to cancel the policy never got back to me and I had to call someone else. Every person I talked to had something different to say. No one was consistent. An older lady told me after they realized my cash payment wasn't sent until June told me she would follow up with me as the process went along. This never happened either. I had to call back in. Ultimately I am requesting a different refund amount.
