We have many clients in the area around downtown where we manage parking lots for our clientsSome of the lots we charge for parking, but in this lot we sign and monitor lots that are already 100% utilized by tenants
who live in the building that are already preassignedThe way the lot is designed will not allowed gates or other physical deterrentsIN this case we sign the parking lots in the front of the lot with our sign and a legal towing sign in both entrances as the law requires as well along the back of the lot for those who are walking towards the buildingThe signs are visible from both entrances and are large and tall so nothing can obstruct themThe Claimant did not pay me the tow bill which was so they would need to go to the towing company to reclaim any fundsThere was no exchange of money between my business and the claimantI have attached pictures, two of which was taken by me and one which was taken by claimant which all three clearly show the sign on the entrance of the parking lot

I received and reviewed Springfield Parking Company's responseAs you can see in the pictures the ONE and only sign is extremely small and is NOT clearly visible from both entrancesThe sign visible in the space I parked is a large/for sale/lease sign
When I picked up my car at RPM Recovery, I inquired about disputing the chargesI was told that the lot was managed by Springfield Parking Company and that SPC contacted them to have the car towedI was told that any disputes would need to be discussed directly with SPCThey provided me with Alex's numberI contacted Alex that very same evening at 11:pmHe stated he was not aware of the exact lot I had parked in and agreed that some lots were not clearly marked and often there was confusionHe asked that I contact him the following Monday to continue discussing this issueI called him on Monday and he asked for me to send him the pictures I had and I didI contacted him on Tues to discuss and confirm he received these pics- NO responseI contacted him again Thursday to see if he received my pics and NO response
