We have been unable to duplicate Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. Because the vehicle has a warranty from General Motors he can take the vehicle to another authorized General Motors repair facility or he can contact General Motors directly. Mr. [redacted] has driven the vehicle 10,000 miles since he...
purchased it back in January. He is welcome to try and trade the vehicle in on a different one, but his vehicle would be valued at today’s market value (depreciation for mileage, etc.).
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:we tried trading vehicle in with Dennis D[redacted] but we're told because of the problems with the vehicle we were not able to, we tried trading in at their fair view location, also their Boise location, but because of the concerns with vehicle we were not aloud to, also a lot of miles were put on by their techs while they had the vehicle over the 68 daysSincerely,[redacted]
