I am rejecting this response because:Thanks for your help with this matter I will not accept their response to the problem They are not telling the whole truth on matter on getting the stove fixed. They did do the upgrade on the stove by Jeff *** and another man in from Northwest Manufacturing, in the middle of summer, and we did not startup the stove until November when it is cold outside *** did not call them on 9-23-about the follow up or receive a letter from them about the running of the stove *** has not talk to a person at Northwest Manufacturing. The next statement that is wrong, *** ordering parts from the company is not true All the work and parts for stove has been done by Bob *** from Penn Acres *** does clean the stove when we use it on regular bases and Bob *** has clean the stove many time in the summer when Penn acres has run special on cleaning stoves.*** *** has called many times to the manufacturing to try to get the stove fixed or replaced, because Penn Acres has gotten no place with the manufacturer to help with this matter Penn Acres claims they have talked to their sale man at Northwest Manufacturing name Don *** *** had called Don *** many times before talking to Matt One phone call, Matt from Northwest Manufacturing offer a new stove When *** called back about the offer of the new stove, Matt had changed his idea about the matter Northwest Manufacturing statement saying that they had talked to *** about the stove is not true, he has never talk to someone at Northwest Manufacturing about the stove *** has talked to Penn Acres many times about the stove.Jeff *** was called out to work on the stove from Penn Acres From our understanding, Jeff no longer worked for Northwest Manufacturing but was working for himself Jeff is the one who made the altered to the stove (removed the upgrades from 2009) and change the wiring in the stove The wiring has been change so much that Bob *** from Penn Acres can not fix it Penn Acres and Northwest Manufacturing claims that we have to pay for Jeff to come out fix the stove It should be up to them to return the stove back to running order, they were one's who made the changes on the stove, not us We do know the stove was not clean when Jeff came out to make the altered to the stove, because electrical did not work so *** could not run it to get it clean Jeff *** has only been to the house twice to work on the stove, first time to put the upgrade on it and second time when he did the altered and change the wiring on the stove on 10-28- Bob *** has tried many times to fixed the wiring but does not understand what Jeff has done to the wiring and altered to the stove. We have put on many ignitor on the stove over the years to keep it working and this is not normal.I still want Northwest Manufacturing to stand behind their product Just get the stove back up and running without us paying for it

In response to the Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] Owner [redacted] AFS 900 serial # [redacted] This furnace was purchase from Penn Acres Grain, Inc.  our dealer on 9/08/2008. The furnace received the PFSOS update  the summer of 2009 By Jeff [redacted] our field service representative. [redacted]...

the owner called us on 9/23/2009 in response to our follow up letter and stated that furnace working fine and he was happy with the furnace. [redacted] has ordered parts from us and did not express any complaints about the furnace on those occasions. [redacted] has called several times to complain about the furnace each time we contacted [redacted] the owner of the furnace we received a different story on what was actually going on with the furnace. Our dealer Bob from Penn Acers Grain has made multiple service calls to furnace and found that it has been altered and in need of cleaning and was unable to repair it. Jeff [redacted] has also made several service calls each the time the furnace was is need of cleaning and any parts replaced where due to lack of regular cleaning causing the furnace to stop running. It is Northwest Manufacturing's opinion that the issues with this furnace are due to improper maintenance and cleaning. At this time Northwest Manufacturing is planning to no further action in regards' to this furnace.
