Great selection. As long as you don't care about service at all after the sale. I spent 50K on a brand new boat in Jan of 2013. 4 months after I bought it the seal on one of the trailer tires went bad. I called
them assuming they would fix it. Nope sorry warranty is only 3 months. Then the same season the back drop zipper ripped. Same story tough luck. This year I called service to order a new one. The guy didn't even look it up. Two seconds after I told him what I needed he told me some astronomical number. Clearly he didn't want to take the time to Check. Then he proceeded to tell me I made the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be because I explained it wrong. Terrible service. Won't go back.

Review: My husband and I bought a boat from this dealer in April 2012. We knew the boat had cosmetic damage to it, but were okay with the looks. When we inquired about what happened to it and how the damage occurred, the salesman did not disclose any problems other than bumps and bruises/ normal wear of the previous owner. We checked the VIN number for accidents and nothing showed up.We purchased the boat, 2 motors and trailer for $15000 (16490 after licensing and taxes.)Since my husband knew there was cosmetic damage we were okay with the price. After running the boat that summer, my husband noticed it was not running as it should (very rough ride, not running to the max/ideal RPMs, constant small repairs.) He took it back to NW Marine & Sport in October 2012. The shop said it was running fine with absolutely no problems. In Spring 2013 when we started running the boat again, the problems persisted. He took it to another, certified boat dealer repair shop for that brand and they found the following problems that they claim should NEVER have been missed by ANY dealer and the boat should be considered "totaled." -Tweaked boat trailer frame-Tweaked trailer axle-Boat is tweaked in middle-Transom completely redone wrong-Bondo in several places (and Bondo patchwork)-Transom cracked left side-Bent Prop shaft-Broken lower unit casing-VIN# removed and welded back on (make and model of that year should have it stamped on)When I called the sales manager he claimed they had no clue what happened to the boat prior to them taking it in, he knew there was cosmetic damage, but it wasn't his responsibility to "dismantle" each trade in boat. He went on to say their business had 25 years of boat building experience and he had a "truck load" of experts. With all the "experience" he says they have at NW Marine; my husband and I feel they would be able to see the huge problems that the other dealer saw very plainly. We are now stuck with a boat that NW Marine & Sport sold to us that is technically totaled.Desired Settlement: #1: take the boat back and pay us what we still owe on loan, plus reimburse us for all the repair fees that we had to get done in order to safely use the boat/ drive the trailer home (during this most recent repair visit in June.)#2: take the boat back and pay us what we still owe#3 (NOT WANTING TO DO - WE DON'T FEEL RIGHT ABOUT IT): Wait for us to try and sell it for whatever we can get for it to another private individual & reimburse us the difference btw what we paid & what we sold it for
