Drove 4 hours to put money down on a boat with Kyle to hold a boat for it for a week while we got it financed. We were scheduled to meet up with him on Saturday, When we called Friday afternoon to come pick it up and finalize paperwork, we got the run around and after many painful lies by the secretary we finally got a call back from Kyle at 6pm and were told the boat was on “consignment”, (never told this previously) and the previous owner picked it up and sold it to his buddy. -never called to let us know...
The secretary told us earlier that day Kyle was out test driving our boat with a customer.
Very, very, poor business practices. When asked to speak to a manager or owner we got the run around as well.
We have contacted a lawyer. Be aware of this SHADY business. Shame on you
