Review: I ordered and paid for ** Jeep seats and Crash Pads for my ** Jeep in October 2012. I received the seat covers finally in June. No crash pads and some hardware was missing from the installation kit for the seats. Attempts to contact [redacted] via phone and email have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the original order completed - two crash pads and metal backing plates and the missing 10 trim washers.

Here is the original order placed by [redacted] it is for a cushion set only. He did not order the crash pad set. He only expressed his desire to get matching set. At which time we were not offering them.

Thanks for your help on this. I would like to see the copy of the original order to them and there were no crash pads ordered. Why didnt they send it to me directly? I also mentioned I was shorted 10 of the screw trim rings that attach the seat cushions when I received the cushions. When we spoke on the phone to [redacted] atb Northwest he asked me if I wanted to have them ship the cushion order without the crash pads and I said yes since it had been 8 months waiting for them and I couldn't drive my jeep - so it seems odd that there were no pads on the order.
