Dear ***, I am responding to complaint from *** ***, the only complaint we have had in years in business She placed Orders with my company OnlineWe fulfilled the first Order # 108, on August 30, 2015, which was for Nora Fleming Attachments A &shipping
charge was addedMs *** contacted me regarding a Chip on one of Minis received Typically, we would have Customer send the item back at their cost for verification However, we took her word for it and did not ask her to incur that cost She was offered a refund on the item, which she declinedWe had hoped the item would be sent to us by Vendor, but it was not Ms *** wanted to wait and see if it came in On September 4, 2015, Ms *** placed an Order, #1010, for Nora Fleming Attachments, all but One was delivered, as Basketball Mini was out of Stock Our website allowed her to Order the item, even though our settings don't allow Backorders on Out-Of-Stock items in this category, as these are super popular and move quickly The other items were delivered with no problem, with a $shipping Charge addedIn November when I informed her items weren't in but we'd be happy to refund her and apologized for her inconvenience, she said she wouldn't take a refund unless we gave her shipping chargesI explained to Ms *** that the $shipping charge would have been charge for items from 1-and she had revived in the first order and in the 2nd OrderOur company would have paid the 3rd shipping cost out of pocket, had the Backordered items been delivered Both items ended up being discontinued by VendorWe tried to automate a Return payment to Ms *** in the amount of The second Mini or Basketball Attachment was on our Labor Day Sale and she paid $for it Due to the fact we were past Days from purchase date, *** wouldn't allow us to make an automated transaction, so we sent Ms *** a USPS Money Order #*** for on 11/18/to be delivered on 11/23/ Tracking# USPS was: ***Ms *** was given this information and emailed me that I was Stupid in her words, so I don't know if she cashed itI also sent her a $online Gift Certificate for her inconvenience and apologized profuselyShe said she'd never shop with us again, which is certainly her prerogative Thank you for your time! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that thisassist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.Dear [redacted] painted herself a nice picture; however, she neglected two very important facts in this case.  First, I requested a refund on shipping charges because the minis that she failed to deliver were the most valuable.  The majority of the other minis could have been bought in my local store without incurring any shipping charges.  Second, if you read the dispute chain of correspondence you will see that repeatedly [redacted] offered to send me two minis for the $25 gift card which she has NEVER done.  Once again I have asked her repeatedly and she has failed to carry thru.  I am not spending the $25 gift card on my own as I would again incur more shipping charges.  Have [redacted] ship the two minis as promised and we can close this matter.
