Northwest Naturals has a buy 12 get 1 free program. I have only used this program & never received any other free merchandise from any retailer. You must send in 12 receipts along with 12 upc labels from the package, to the Portland, OR address, & in return they mail you back a coupon for 1 free bag of dog food. I did send in the required 12 receipts /upc & received a letter back stating, during their review of submitted request, they found I was using two other programs they offer. I have never received any other buy 12 get 1 free except to their Portland, OR mailing address.

Our Frequent Buyer Program is either a customer mail in -The customer mails in their receipts and proof of purchase, ifapproved, we send back a voucher for free product earned or is a Retail managed program the retailer takes care of allthe details thru their POS system, or program {like ***) and they automatically give the consumer their free product.
Alsip Nursery is signed up for ***- so any receipts from them, if sent in are not accepted as the customer has alreadyreceived credit for them. Included are *** and *** purchases thru Alsip that have been recorded thru ***.
She has recorded purchases thru *** from Alsip and if she had prior purchases, they should have been entered intotheir database. if not, we would be happy to help.

This past Sat 2/29/2020 I spoke to the manager of Alsip Nursery, where I have bought Northwest Naturals dog food. I was NEVER enrolled in the *** program, in which Patti S, from NWN, states that I was. The ONLY time I received a free bag was when I REDEEMED my coupon FROM NW Naturals, that came in the mail, FROM NWN. I did ENROLL in the *** program that day 2/29/2020. You can call Alsip Nursery at 815-469-1044, ask for the Manager. I chose to enroll on 2/29/2020 because it is too much of a hassle/inconvenience going thru Patti S at Northwest Naturals. NWN still owes me a FREE bag after I have sent in the 12 receipts & UPC codes.

We are so happy that she is now using Alsip Nursery for her purchases and that she is using *** .*** ls automatically registered at the point of sale at the retailers for all Northwest Naturals purchases so there shourd be no moreproblems.
In order to expedite this, we will send *** a voucher for a FREE 6!b bag Chicken N Salmon Nugget, Voucher #***.Please let me know how to proceed with the voucher.
