The final dismissal letter Mrs*** received in January came after several attempts to collect the balance on the accountMrs*** stated in her complaint that she did not receive a bill or any request for paymentWe have
documentation that we sent a statement July 15, 2015, another statement August 12, 2015, a letter on August 20, requesting payment/resolution of balance, and then another letter September 19, with the same requestAll correspondence was sent to the same address, including the dismissal letterWe did not receive any notice from the U.SMail of a "bad address" or "returned mail"We did not receive a response from Mrs*** by letter or phone call to make paymentIt was after she received the dismissal letter, she stated she called our office on separate occasions and left a voice mail for the office managerIn checking my voice mails there was only one message from Mrs***I returned her call and left a voice mail on January 29, asking her to call our office so we could discuss the accountShe didn't return my call but instead notified the Revdex.com and made a decision to find medical care for her children somewhere elseThat's really unfortunate, because if she would have returned my call we could have discussed the account and reinstated her child upon full paymentOur billing statements/letters give our patients several chances to resolve their account before being dismissedIn most cases, even after the dismissal letter is sent, if they contact us to discuss/make payment arrangement we reinstate themSince she didn't choose to do that, at this point, she will need to contact Central States Recovery at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to pay the balance and clear her creditThank you

At this point it appears it is a parents word against a very unprofessional businessI continue to stand behind my claim that I did not receive any requests for payment in form of a printed bill or phone callI received a call from the office to remind me of a scheduled appointment on 1/which is why the office manager finally returned my callI had to explain to clerk that we had very unprofessional been dismissed from their practice(Thought they should have already been aware) I am happy to change doctors at this point, as I wouldn't want my children being cared for by such an unprofessional practiceI explained all of this to the clerk when she called to remind me of my son's visitI will not recommend this practice to anyone in the future, in fact I would discourage anyone from selecting this practice
