Northwest Performance and Off-Road

I moved from Pennsylvania to Washington in 2018. Scott W, the owner of Northwest Performance told me he would take care of my car that was not in running condition. Before moving, I had my car in the garage and it was only half done. Scott would tell me he was working on various things in my car. When I noticed my car hadn't moved in several months, I would confront him. He would come up with bizarre lies. One lie was saying a film crew wanted to film the build on my car. As months would go by, he would make more and more lies about delays. After a year of having my car, he didn't touch it once. He actually did a lot of damage to my car. My current mechanic is fixing all the damage he did. Scott also took 1000 dollars from me and will continually lie about "the check being in the mail." The lies and damage he did to my car is criminal. Which is why I am reporting him.
