Dallas arrived at our home as scheduled for annual furnace check-up. He discovered a problem with the inducer (noisy). We discussed potential failure modes and he checked parts cost for replacement. I decided go on with the repair and he promptly left to get the parts at a supplier in Davenport. Upon his return, he replaced the part and then insured proper operation. I was pleased with his openness and honesty. I would certainly recommend his services.

I've used Northwest Mechanical for several years. This time I needed a new hot water heater and two sinks unclogged. John W. arrived on time and went over the projects and the cost before he started. While he was assessing the jobs, he found that the floor drain by the hot water heater had lots of buildup in the trap and recommended cleaning that out and putting on a new drain cover. I appreciated him telling me about the drain and approved the repair. John was pleasant and businesslike. All my experiences with Northwest have been good.

I couldn't be happier with the services that they have provided. We have used this company for both heating and plumbing, our technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer anything that I have asked. Joe Robertson was the tech that came out today and I have to say he was one of the best I have had to deal with both professional and personally. I will always recommend this company over any. I had a sump pump fail on Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. Joe was on call and came over that night and diagnosed the problem and checked that the backup system was working. He checked in with me on Memorial Day to make sure all was ok. On Tuesday morning he replaced the old pump and backup pump. (Brock assisted so it didn't take long at all.) I hated calling on a Sunday on a long weekend but the last time the sump pump made a funny noise I had water in the basement. Joe really saved the day.

I called Northwest @ 7:00 AM on Tues.30th April 2019 & was told that a service man would not be available until after lunch on that Tues.to replace our Sump Pump. By appr. 8:30 AM, Joe *** called & said that his 1st job that morning did not have the parts to cpt., so he asked if he could work on our Sump Pump that morning.Well, we were pleasantly surprised when Joe showed up & with in a few minutes, he had our total replacement cost figured & upon approval, he started work.. Joe R. was very Professional in his procedures, preformed very neat methods for installing the new Sump Pump, replacing inside & outside PVC piping,installing a new kitchen faucet, did a cpt. clean up in the basement & kitchen, was very thorough on his explanation of his work, a true gentleman & you can put his name on our records for return work.
