As Mr*** knows, jacuzzi pumps are no longer manufactured We had to special order a housing Oring from our distribution center and will be at his home Monday to replace the existing one to take care of the small leak Tom did not hang up on Mr***, rather the cell phone
that our calls are transferred to diedI feel it is a little premature to send a Revdex.com complaint when we agreed to come back to repair any leak Monday after we pick up the Oring

They have never told me they needed to order an oring. Why did they tell me they would be out this past Wednesday if that was the case? They have not communicated with me on this issue, and tried to get it resolved in a timely manor. I have paid them for a service that has not be completed.
