I picked up Ms*** belongings from storage to be delivered to Tucson, AZShe gave me a deposit and I told her the balance was to be paid when I get to AZShe stated that we can work something outI explained to her that I get paid balance upon deliveryI told her that I was going on
vacation and was leaving Chicago on 10-26-She texted and called me many times, while I was on vacationShe stated that her friend had died and she may want to stay in ChicagoI explained to her that I could return her belongings but would charge her our hours minimum, which would be $I would not charge her for bringing them backShe had paid me and would refund her $That was not to her satisfactionShe wanted all her money back. She stated she may want to send it to Tucson and her mother will pay the balanceI asked her to stop calling me and texting me in the mid of the night and let me know what she wanted me to do by the 25thThat's is when she got angry and told me she was biopolar and I was taking advantage of herI tried working with herWhen I got back in town, she wanted her belongings in Tucson and appointed her mother as her agentI went down on the total price to a total of to resolve this issueHer belongings have been delivered to AZ and her mother signed and she was not there

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr Perkins totally disrespected me during the inventory of my belongings. When the 4 movers found the place, they had trouble locating Greenbay Road & Simpson, the verbal disrespect was cranked up in fron of them. He told me he didn't care if I robbed a bank in order to pay him $2900. He said how much money do yu have, do yu have $50? & I said yeah- thinking it meant something else. He said he would get a movers discount from Public Storage to buy boxes. I gave him the money for boxes. I went down stairs & saw the dumpster dove free boxes he got out of the garbage & said give me my money back those aren't new- they could have bed bugs or roaches I don't know where they came from. He said "I'm a man I'll leave you with $20" & I felt like he was talking like a pimp. He intimidated me into letting him use the dumpster dove boxes. Then I go back upstairs & he was driving away & had told the movers to put everything back. They were putting everything back into the storage. I already told Public Storage I moved out. So I started to panic. He said that he was stuck in the Public Storage drive way because you have to have a code to get out & the movers called me to tell him the code. I went down there to his brand new Volvo & he said he would drive me to the bank to cash the cashiers check that he refused to have put in the name of Perkins Movers & to give him all my money. He drove me to [redacted] bank with the intimidation that if I did not pay him I would never see my belongings again. he made me sign an agreement, contract that if I did not pay him $2900 he would never give me my belongings back. & I felt quite powerless to defend myself so I gave him $810. Then he said that he would not take that money OFF OF THE FINAL BILL. & then I really started to panic. I was like WHAT? You aren't going to take $810 off the bill? & he said that he had to pay his guys & I was wasting his time & that money wasn't $810 it was $790 & that I owed him for boxes & he was really strong arming me. It was something RICO would cover. I felt like it was organized extortion & robbery. Then I go upstairs to see the storage & my stuff was being thrown away. They threw out saline solution for my contacts & would not let me look in the garbage. They took my winter coat & boots & suitcase I was moving with. I had to go to Target to buy another suitcase.  He intimidated me. While they were moving things a vintage mirror broke, they said it was broken already! I watched them break it! They said oh no it WAS broken. . He said leave this, that's broken, leave it. I felt that he was scamming me as he thought I was possibly either stupid or as a woman alone defenseless. RICO should investigate the whole thing. He didn't admit to anything til I complained to Illinois Movers & Warehouse Association.
