Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention MrJon ***, the Manager of Northwest Respiratory Services Omaha location (which provides service to Mr [redacted] 's location) contacted Mr [redacted] via phone on 2/21/ Mr [redacted] had a very pleasant conversation with Mr [redacted] regarding his complaint, and apologized for any concern or distress that was caused Mr [redacted] suggested to Mr [redacted] that we could bring him his tank delivery, or Mr [redacted] could use the Portable Oxygen Concentrator provided to him by Northwest Respiratory Services to meet his portability needs, until we were back in the area on 2/27/for Mr [redacted] 's delivery Mr [redacted] indicated to Mr [redacted] he was fine with using the Portable Oxygen Concentrator until his next scheduled delivery Mr [redacted] felt that Mr [redacted] was pleased with the outcomeThank you
