Review: Good Morning , This complaint is been file due to the violation of confidential information been disclose to another dealer of Northwest River supplies aka NRS to get the sale to someone else I will detial information how situation occour with the sales Manager [redacted] . I been a business owner sence 2003 and I been selling NRS products sense 2008 , selling raft boats and rescue equipment experience that I got in the military . a few week back I requested to Mr [redacted] information on 10 rafting boats color grey that I need it for a customer he told me no problem that he had them in stock so I travel to see the customer to get finals numbers and close the deal around $60.000 dollars sale . a few days later Mr [redacted] insisted in his interest on selling me the raft by email me wish I have copy of the email that I also reply telling him that yes we are good to go . when I call him to confirm the order when I had collected the money. he ask me who I was selling the product to and the name of the business and sence I didnt see a problem I give him the information . later same day he told me that he cant sale me the product due to the fact that he had someone there covering that area but he did not know the previous sales manager was there [redacted] had told me to sale product to that area and he will help me as much as possible he even ship product direct to that area. not only that he give the information of my customer I had to contact customer and give him the money back because the other dealer will contact him to offer him the product.this is what we call bad practice and this need to stop we are done with this kind of violations of policy and get away with this.Desired Settlement: I want need for them to honor the sales as we agree with business and if not this will end up in a legal matter due to their business practice .

Dear Mr. [redacted],

NRS was contacted via fax on December 17, 2013 regarding a complaint by [redacted] to the Revdex.com.

Prior to the incident in question, Mr. [redacted] was listed as the contact for an account named [redacted]. [redacted] was listed as a company located and operating within the state of California. There are no notes or documents on file that authorize [redacted] to export products to the country of Chili for the purpose of resale.

On November 11, 2013, Mr. [redacted] began a series of correspondences with [redacted] regarding the purchase of rafts. On November 20, 2013, Caller ID revealed that Mr. [redacted] called from a Chilean phone number. When questioned, Mr. [redacted] informed NRS that he had moved his offices to Chili.

Because Mr. [redacted] was not authorized to be a dealer located in Chili, he was asked to fill out the account documents to determine both the status and type of account he may qualify for with NRS. Once completed and analyzed, NRS informed Mr. [redacted] that [redacted] was not authorized to resell items to companies in Chili and that his other company, [redacted], qualified as an Outfitter Account.

NRS was never informed by Mr. [redacted] of his change in location or business model. NRS acted in the best interest of its active and established dealer base and has the right to protect exclusive dealer agreements for various locations throughout the world. NRS never mislead Mr. [redacted], nor did we ever except payment or promise delivery of any merchandise.
