Yes, we did provide sanitary service to the customer named in this complaint on November 8th, No, the customer did not call our office on 11/9/First contact and concern placed by this customer was received before noon on 11/15/16, exactly a week after the service was providedService technician for Northwest Sanitary, Jerry, was contacted immediately and verified that he had emptied the tank completely at time of serviceA return phone call to the customer in question was made on the afternoon of 11/15/16, there was no answerA voicemail message was left informing the customer that indeed the tank was completely emptied on 11/8/It was pointed out in the voicemail that if they waited a week to check the tank, which matches their actual phone call to our company, they would have added A fair amount of water to the tank Also mentioned in the voicemail message was the issue of looking down a cement column into a tank being visually deceptive; it is difficult to tell without actually measuring the depth of water whether you are looking at a couple of inches or a couple of feet of wastewater There has been no further attempt on the part of the customer filing this complain to contact our companyThe service provided was exemplary and there are no adjustments forthcomingThank you, [redacted] Northwest Sanitary, Inc.Septic Issues?
