Thiis customer was upgraded and is complaining, We have a lot of good review and some bad by amateur beekeepersWe have the order ready to go and the customer is more than welcome to inspect product to make sure they are up to standardsThis business is agriculture and certain rules apply due to
extreme weather and mechanical breakdownsI hired a truck to get them up here and the companies truck broke downI rented a uhaul at a cost of at least dollars to make sure I got bees up hereI have the product, refund denied

This  is agriculure which we all know is controlled by the weather and mechanics. I did everything under my power including renting a uhaul to get the bees to Wisconsin which cost me 1600 dollars at least. The bees are ready to go. I have your product and can arrange drop off/pickup. We do not offer refunds on ordered agricultural products.

You still had a duty to communicate with me, your customer, and you did not.  In the 12 hours that you did not respond to me, I found another vendor that was able to fulfill my bee order. I fully understand how agriculture works, but you are running a business. With no communication from you, you left me no option but to find an alternate source for my bees. I would like to be refunded my $575.
