A friend of my left a item out side of my unit by mistake and my unit was in my roommates name with auto pay in place they put a lock on my unit and said there excuse was due to a dump fee for the item left out and that they would not remove the lock until the fee was paid for. that is BS to be locked out and now that the fee was paid now they said I can only get in and out of my unit during there Office hours only from hear in our now that is even more BS Becuse I work and that is the same hrs that I work so how can this be legal...

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I would like to add that me and Laura spoke on July 11, We both spoke to each other in a civil manner and ended the phone call with the resolution of Laura ending the termination and stated I can keep my items in storage She also stated they have Northwest Storage (also known as A to Z Storage) in Oregon and I can transfer to one of their facilities I stated I could have my items relocated by the end of August, no later than September but she stated she will cancel the termination agreement and I am able to keep my items there I was concerned that Northwest was also trying to get me to transfer my items quickly because storage costs are more in Oregon but I do not have a problem with my items being in Vancouver, Washington It is right over the bridge and if I need something; I am able to go over there I just want to make sure someone is not meddling in my personal affairs by trying to create a hardship for me by forcing me to move my items to a more expensive area I just recently moved back to Oregon.Also Laura was going to email my current storage measurements so that I could compare prices My fiance' is a witness to the conversation I appreciate your assistance Revdex.com

When the customer moved in, we went over our company’s policies and lease in detailShortly after their mothe customer was caught not following a number of our policies as well as trying to occupy a space without prior approvalWe attempted to let them know verbally that
