Every month, more of the same BS!
Filing this complaint on behalf of a physically handicapped friend, Al Fortner.
They jack your rent up every couple of months, The new online system continually locks up and then locks you out of your account. If you pay 1 day after the bill comes due, you are assessed a penalty as well as a Lien against your property. The Manager of the Ridgefield Unit, made several efforts to solve the problem, but it is always the same problem every month with the Corporate offices. Nothing says "I don't want to do business with the customer" more than the monthly BS you will endure! Try another Public Storage solution. This isn't it! 🤬

They stole from me plain and simple. How do I get a call from your legal department?

Since I began dealing with them in January, they have been incorrect in their billing of my storage unit fees. I have tried to resolve this since March. I have everything recorded, all invoices and reviewers and nothing adds up. Spoke with supervisor beginning of this month thought it was resolved but then have been falsely billed and charged.

We have checked tenant records at all our storage properties in Oregon and Washington and we do not have any current customers with the name ***, nor anyone with the address, phone number or email address listed on the Revdex.com complaint. It appears as though this complaint may have been made to our company in error.

I am rejecting this response because:
That's absurd. I have notified them off my new address. I also notified them that my name was spelled wrong.*** is how thghje have it spelled. They corrected it like five times. Unit 007 and a0. . These people are ridiculous. This has been an issue since March, well actual since January. They know who I am. We talked so many times. In fact this last time after I spoke with the supervisor and he allegedly adjusted my account to were I owed October rent with no late fees. That was for both units. Then I recurved call from Patrick saying my balance is 44. Dollars. But the statement said I owed 177.00 still. These people can't get anything right and keep changing their everything. Not one statement has been right and I'm about ready to scram. I have every single statement plus requested ledgers pls every single call recorded on my phone. I want my stuff and I never want to deal with these people again. It has been a nightmare. Maybe my *** address will ring a bell to them. I'm so frustrated. Unit a046 I believe and 007

I am rejecting this response because:

Again, I have reached out to Clinton. I have emailed my reply to him, and have not heard back. When we reached agreement on October it was that only October rent was due. No late fees just both unit rents. I paid that and they still have it wrong. I actually record all phone conversations so really I can prove what I'm claiming. Like I said, they have waived a bunch of fees, that should have never been there. As far as being reachable. Email works just fine. I'll erase my messages. But I still don't get how they can tell me one thing then get it so twisted. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. As I said I have every statement every call and every communication documented.
