We truly apologize for our failure to respond to Mr***'s requests for repairI have been battling ongoing health issues and was extremely ill for all of I ended up hospitalized from 7-17-thru 7-23-then from 6-23-thru 7-9-(1st days in ICU) then again from 7-14-
thru 7-17-and finally (hopefully) from 2-18-thru 3-10-(days in ICU)But to address the most important issue- we went out and repaired Mr***'s issues a few months ago to his satisfactionAgain I apologize for thisI am doing much better now (I am cured finally) and feel that customer satisfaction is crucial to a successful businessPlease feel free to call me at 344-with any questionsThanks.
