We work hard to maintain accurate account billing, and are very sorry for this error.  We promptly attempted to refund the patient’s credit card, however, four of the five visa payments were made by a visa card with a completely different name than that of the patient.  Our medical program...

flagged the name difference on the card and denied the refund.  Unearthing the reason for denial, slowed the refund process further. This patient concern was originally brought to our attention on January 11th and was fully refunded to the patient by February 8th.  We value this patient and hope our sincere apologies for the error are accepted. As a clinic we strive to provide the best patient encounter every step of the way.
