Northwest Texas Healthcare System Reviews (%countItem)

I have made two payments that have not been credited to my account.
My son Grant visited the Town Square ER on October 11, 2019. I have made two payments to Northwest Texas Health Care using their online pay portal. On December 9, I paid $204.22 and on January 8, 2020, I paid $508.78. According to their billing department, these payments were never received, however, my credit card has given me receipts and provided approval codes for the transactions. I have called four times to find out what happened to the payments and I am told that they don't know what happened, but that I need to pay again. My credit card company says that the payments went through.

Desired Outcome

I want my account to be credited with the two payments.

NWTH billing office stated they would put my bills on hold while I applied for charity, and I was informed on Friday 03/02/2018 that my accounts weren
I have been speaking to NWTH billing office for over a year, at least every month. I had a conversation with 2 representatives on Friday 03/02/2018 where I was informed that all of my accounts were sent to collections. They did not have any documentation of my previous conversations, as well as, my accounts being on hold for the Charity application. I spoke to a lady that gave me a number to call to try and resolve the matter. The number was for a person in the insurance department and she advised me to call back the billing department to try and resolve my issue. I was told that all of my accounts were no longer open with them and I was hung up on the second time I spoke to them. I am concerned because my Charity application had confidential information, and I had a conversation on 01/03/2018 with the billing office about my application submission. I have not been informed how much money I owe to NWTH, and they say they cannot give me the amount in total, because they have every charge in separate accounts. I had at least 15 accounts open at one point, and I was working with them to try and resolve my debt to the hospital. I was told on 03/02/2018 that my accounts were sent to various different collectors, as the hospital uses more than 15 different agencies. I do not have any way of knowing where to look for these outstanding balances without them coming up on my credit report and I have no idea how all of my information and application was dismissed and sent off to other agencies. I am asking for help to find my outstanding balances. I made a payment to one debt collector on 03/02/2018 of an amount of 1.979 dollars.

Desired Outcome

I would like for my business matter to be reviewed. I need to know how much money I will need to be saving to pay for the outstanding balances. I would also like for the documentation of my calls to be updated and not lost.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received a letter from NWTH. I have contacted the business office 2 more times since my report to Revdex.com and was told they would call me with details about my inquiries. I have not received confirmation about my inquiries with NWTH to this date. I will call again on 03/27/2018 to try and resolve some of the confusion that the NWTH business office has created.

Billing sent bills to an address I have not lived on in 18 years even though the correct address was on the entry paperwork.
On April 30th 2017, we took my son to Northwest Emergency room on Soncy. We filled out the entry paperwork with all of our correct information. He is on my insurance and we gave all of the information asked for. I received a call from Harris and Harris, a collection agency, on January 22, 2018 stating I was in collections. On January 22, 2018 I called the billing department for NWT and spoke with someone named Nate. He told me that as the Guarantor on the account, they go by the information they have in their system under my name. When asked about the information, it was an address I lived at over 18 years ago. I asked him to look at the address on the entry paperwork and he then said "oh" and asked me to hold on a moment. He returned to the phone call and rudely told me that the address they have for me is what they go by and I need to deal with Harris & Harris from now on. My complaint is they never sent a bill to the correct address or verified the paperwork against the name they had on file 18 years ago. They sent me to collections without verifying my address. I have excellent credit and now, because of their lack of data entry verification, I am being subjected to a collection agency and a negative report on my Credit.

Desired Outcome

I don't have a problem with paying money owed. I would like them to take my account out of collections with Harris and Harris and properly bill me at my correct address. I would also like any negative information reported on my Credit Report to be corrected.

They have taken my account out of collections and have modified the payment owed per insurance. They have updated all of my billing information so now I can settle my account with NWTH.
