Northwest Towing and Recovery of Muncie

I had my car towed on January 16th and the lady that came to tow my car had a flat bed with a vehicle already on top of the flat bed so she hooked my car to the back and when she dropped my car off in a small parking lot she damaged the corner of the body and it was separated from the hood. I took a picture that evening but didn't notice until daylight 2 days later because I don't normally use the passenger side that the damage was to the extent I couldn't even open my passenger door. I called and was given the run around for 2 weeks finally talked to the owner and he sent a guy out to look at it and blames the damage 1st on rust on my car and then blames it on the repair shop that fixed my brake line and they have always been nothing but honest with me. He refuses to admit they did it and make it right by fixing the damage.
