If the lead is not returned by fax or email within ten (10) days of the lead date, The lead will be final and no credit or refund givenIf the agreement is terminated the lead price will be $each plus the data charge of Request for termination must be sent via certified mail. We told the customer on phone calls that the leads needed to be returned by fax with handwritten notes in order to get any refund . We have copies of the leads provided and the original signed agreement and would be happy to allow the Revdex.com to examine them. There is no refund due

Here's an example below of the advertisements they send out which is NOT accurateZero I repeat zero of the leads that were sent to me were recent & confirmed and validTheir QC deptis supposed to verify every lead prior to sending it and this was never completed (I don't even believe they even have an actual QC dept). I am rejecting this response because:? They are not telling the truth, they told me via email (which I have) that returning a lead in email format is acceptable, they are lying!! I have over emails from them saying they added new leads to my account that they replied via email
