Last July 2015, I asked for a repair quote from Kerry, owner of Northwest Tool & Trade, on my hp MURRAY lawn mower He said he could not give a quote on the cost of the repair without looking at itSince it would not start I asked if they could pick it upKerry agreed to pick up the mower (my home is mile from their shop)wks later I inquired what the cost would be, they had not looked at it yetI stopped back a couple of times finally he gave me a verbal estimate of approximately $I agreedThey said they would call when doneNo call, I checked again on the progressHe said he had bad newas going to cost a lot more, approximately $300-I paid apprx $partial paymentKerry said he had to order a part and it would probably take a couple of weeksI went into the shop and paid the final payment of about $Kerry said that he would put on the new part and that they would drop it back at my house when doneI called again, later they dropped
