Review: On september 17th, 2013 I went into the store to do an upgrade. I purchased a [redacted]. They had to have the phone shipped to my house because they did not have a white one. I recieved the phone 4days later and went in the next day to activate it. On day 14 (from day of order in the store) I went into the store to exchange the phone for something different because I had so many problems with it. I was told that they could not return it in store because it did not come from their inventory. I was told that the 14 day window would be waved because they were unable to do it in store and that they would be odering a return kit that I would recieve within 5 business days. 5 business days later I did not recieve anything, nor did I hear anything from the store. I called and they said the kit had been ordered and that I should recieve it in the next couple days. A couple days later, after multiple calls I went into the store where they stated they were going to get it taken care of but that they needed to reorder the kit. Now, 6 weeks later after 10 trips into the store, over 20 phone calls to that store, and calls to [redacted] 800 number I have still recieved nothing, and am still being told they are "working on it". I have gone through the stores Manager, District Manager and also the Account Executive who have all stated they would handle it. 6 Weeks later and I am not getting phone calls from them, and are ignoring my phone calls to them, or told they will call me back with no return call. I work in [redacted] and have to be on call, when my phone doesn't work it not only effects me, but people with life threatening conditions. This needs to be resolved timely.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the [redacted] I purchased and I would like my upgrade renewed so that I can purchase a phone that does work.
