We have read the statement from [redacted] and understand how sometimes a customer may think the price is too high (and everything else in the world too)Mainly because they are just looking at the material costFor example a little plastic piece might cost $ to make but tooling for the molds could be $10-50,which is built back into the productIn our situation for business, as [redacted] has mentioned he came to a dinner seminar to learn about the product which are usually at nice restaurants to attract people, most dinner seminars are up to $1,each just for the restaurant, then someone also has to line up the dinner and coordinate it with the restaurantThis is a separate costTo print and mail the couple thousand letters we send for each dinner, which is a project in itselfPostage is over $each mailing again not counting the printer work, letters, and envelopes to mail this large numberWe also have to purchase the names to send letters to, again another costA separate company answers the phone hours a day, a convenience for the customer, yet another cost We only have store hours M-F 10-and Sat 9-The seminar holder is there for the weekHotels are not cheap and Installers stay in separate roomsThe costs keep going to make this business run, rent for the store, utilities, office help, and I'm sure we forgot a few thingsBut as you can see there is more than just materialWe did not even mention pay for seminar holders and installers Customer also states he also found the same product online, our product is not sold onlineThere is different grades of this product, some better than othersJust like most thingsThe fire rating is Class A fire rdant Last addressing- the customer stated needed a code number to call, we have no idea what he is talking aboutWe are sorry if maybe he dialed a wrong number, but we have had these phone numbers over years with no problemsNever heard of anyone not getting through to us, we answer the phone, we do not have phone answering machines or automated phonesWe do it the old fashioned way and say "Hello"We hope [redacted] understands a little better why costs are what they are PSWe also included two energy saving shower heads and a hot water tank wrap which are also usually installed Thank You

We have read the statement from [redacted] and understand how sometimes a customer may think the price is too high (and everything else in the world too). Mainly because they are just looking at the material cost. For example a little plastic piece might cost $ .85 to make but tooling for the...

molds could be $10-50,000 which is built back into the product. In our situation for business, as [redacted] has mentioned he came to a dinner seminar to learn about the product which are usually at nice restaurants to attract people, most dinner seminars are up to $1,000.00 each just for the restaurant, then someone also has to line up the dinner and coordinate it with the restaurant. This is a separate cost. To print and mail the couple thousand letters we send for each dinner, which is a project in itself. Postage is over $900.00 each mailing again not counting the printer work, letters, and envelopes to mail this large number. We also have to purchase the names to send letters to, again another cost. A separate company answers the phone 24 hours a day, a convenience for the customer, yet another cost.
We only have normal store hours M-F 10-6 and Sat 9-5. The seminar holder is there for the week. Hotels are not cheap and Installers stay in separate rooms. The costs keep going to make this business run, rent for the store, utilities, office help, and I'm sure we forgot a few things. But as you can see there is more than just material. We did not even mention pay for seminar holders and installers.
Customer also states he also found the same product online, our product is not sold online. There is different grades of this product, some better than others. Just like most things. The fire rating is Class A fire rdant.
Last addressing- the customer stated needed a code number to call, we have no idea what he is talking about. We are sorry if maybe he dialed a wrong number, but we have had these phone numbers over 20 years with no problems. Never heard of anyone not getting through to us, we answer the phone, we do not have phone answering machines or automated phones. We do it the old fashioned way and say "Hello". We hope [redacted] understands a little better why costs are what they are.
PS. We also included two energy saving shower heads and a hot water tank wrap which are also usually installed.
Thank You

To: The Revdex.com or Whom it May Concern in Response to ID [redacted]As...

we read your letter stating that "Although the Revdex.com makes no judgement on the validity of this complaint, we recognize that there are two sides to every dispute. We are simply requesting your cooperation in making a good faith effort to resolve the dispute". Which we will do in this response because if we did not it would look like it was all Our Fault!!! Because People believe what they read sometimes, and when this is on line it must be true. Even though you Do Not Hear the whole story. It all started back when our installer was putting in our product in their house and she noticed a little area that had No Blown in Cellulose compared to the rest of the house. You could see the drywafl (hard to get to that area way back in tight area). She could of easily just covered it over with our product in 20-30 minutes and been done as agreed, But she is a Good & Conscious person and did the Right thing by letting the customer know there was no blown in cellulose in that area which was done a few years before we got there. So the sales representative came over to look & discuss with the customer after you get that other company back to finish their work we will come back within two months when we are working in your area and finish installing our product. We are located two to three hours away from the customer and would like to schedule other work in the area so we would not spend a whole day driving to do 30 minutes of work. Sometimes it takes a month or two to schedule work in the area.A month later the customer got the other work done and started calling the installer on their cell phone every day to have the job finished. After a week the installer let us know he was calling every day. The installers do not get to pick where they are working every week it is usually scheduled one to two months in advance. There was no date at this point set to do the work. Two days later the office spoke with the customer for the first time Monday 3-6-17 and got the installer back over on Thursday 3- 9-17 the same week. We made a special trip to finish the job we understand that when a customer gets bad service from one company they sometimes think all companies are bad. There are always some bad apples in the bushel but there not all bad. We feel our worker of 21/2 years did the right thing even though it cost her 4-5 hours of driving and us a complaint on the Revdex.com.
