I am rejecting this response because:
I should not be responsible for the extra charge for your bad product If your product would have been defective free then this would not have happened I had to pay an extra charge for your mistake

Customer [redacted] purchased a tempered glass shower enclosure from us earlier this year and had another glass company install the enclosure for him at his house. Northwestern Glass Fab is a manufacturer/distributor of custom shower doors and other glass products; we do not install. One of the...

glass panels in his new enclosure had a slight warpage (defect). Mr. [redacted] notified us of the issue and we immediately furnished him a new glass panel at no charge to replace the defective panel. My understanding is that the company Mr. [redacted] hired to install the shower enclosure charged him $150 to come back out and replace the panel. Northwestern glass Fab stands behind the products we sell and will repair or replace any defective glass that we manufacturer or distribute, however we will not refund any installation costs associated with the repair or replacement.   Generally we do not sell to the retail public but we sell through Contractors or other Glass Companies who do their own installations. I believe Mr. [redacted] represented himself as a Contractor who we assume would do the installation.
