Review: Since February 2014 when a receptionist told me I owed over $90 in unpaid services (which I believed I had paid)I have been waiting to hear from an NHS representative regarding my account balance, as well as my request to see another doctor at this location. I was told someone would call me from the accounting department and the director would call, but no one did. I left a second voice mail a week later and still did not hear back. The following week I went in and asked for the same information citing the unanswered voicemail and was again told to wait for a call. I went in a week or so later for my doctor appointment and was again told someone would call. No one did. I went in a week or so later and again, politely asked to speak to the accounts person and the director whom, I also left voicemail for, the same 3 or so, times I left voicemail for the accounts person over several months. This was regarding my dissatisfaction with my doctor and a desire to be reassigned. No one responded. I went in to see my doctor because I am limited in choice here in [redacted] county, PA as to who takes my insurance. I called or stopped in a couple times each following month. April was the last time I saw my doctor. I missed the May appointment due to the fact that I became reliant on the prior days phone call notices made by staff at NHS. I moved in June and did not get the phone notice again. So I missed 2 appointments over the entire year I have been at NHS. That is all. I have always been polite and exceedingly patient in my requests. I have real concern as to the accuracy of the documentation the doctor has made. Dr. S[redacted] has repeatedly told me that on prior visits I reported being depressed when in fact, I had told him I was a-symptomatic with my medicine. This is the least of my concerns with his accuracy of reporting.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what I owe NHS per their accounting records and I would like my concerns regarding my doctor known or atleast heard, as well as have re-assignment made. I have limited insurance to see this type of specialist on a private provider basis. Private practice med-checks are little different than subsidized (only 10-15 minutes or less) but initial consult fees of $400 are common. If there is a complaint about me I would like to be so informed.
