When north western mediation services called me, they claimed I was being sued, which I am NOT! They claimed they had the owner on the other line and put me on hold while they spoke with them which turned out to be a LIEI confirmed this with the REAL owner of the debt and have it all documentedTwice on this phone call, I was placed on hold while they "negotiated" with the owner which again I mention they did not speak withThey came back after about to minutes or so and claimed they were SHOCKED that they accepted the offerThey said that I had to pay THAT SAME DAY however in order to avoind being suedApart from this, they began the conversation with a "Sighdo you have ANY idea what is going on at this time?" I said "no I have no idea what this is about???" in other words trying to make the whole feel of the call like something really bad or urgent! My father had told me that northwestern mediation services called him and told him that I had a civil complaint but did not want to tell him what it was!? They said I had to call! I DID NOT AND DO NOT HAVE ANY CIVIL COMPLAINT! I suffered damages from this in the form of pawing my electronic merchandise in order to help pay for the debtBut, BEFORE they got the funds, I cancelled my debit card because something did not seem right! So no, they did NOT get any funds from me but now I HAVE TO PAY TO TO GET MY STUFF OUT OF THE PAWN SHOP WITH INTEREST!!! The owner told me that the amount of $dollars that north western mediation services said I owed was not correct! She told me that I only owed $and not to pay a penny more! She said that the only amount that I should be pay is $and that is it!! But westgate was charging me $325!! one hundred dollars more??? I ask you where did these extra $dollars come from??? I have documented ALL my conversations from every one I spoke withThis is how it went:The original debt owner was ------- [redacted] for $225The debt was sold to ---------------- [redacted] and are THE ONLY REAL OWNERS OF THIS DEBT! They are a debt broker and requested the aid of the following company for help obtaining the debt [redacted] -------- requested the help of [redacted] to obtain the debt[redacted] ---------------- requested the help of " [redacted] " A.k.a "NORTHWEST MEDIATION SERVICES" a.k.a" [redacted] " which I want to add [redacted] did NOT approve but that is aside from the point[redacted] was MY mistake and I apoligize [redacted] is not a name they go by BUT THE REST OF THESE ARE or were at one time!The debt northwestern mediation services sent me via email has the name northwestern mediation services on itMy bank account has on file [redacted] when they attempted to take out the amount the first time when it did not go through due to insufficient fundsand when I called [redacted] they said they were named " [redacted] "- THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS!! [redacted] AND, [redacted] told me that north western mediation services statments were 100% FALSE!!! I got documentation on those calls!SO DONT YOU DARE NORTHWESTERN MEDIATION SERVICES TELL ME THAT MY STATEMENTS ARE AND SLAUNDEROUS!! HOW DARE YOU!! YOU DID NOT SPEAK WITH THE OWNER ON THE LINE WHEN YOU PLACED ME ON HOLD, I DO NOT OWE $DOLLARS AND I AM NOT BEING SUED LET THE RECORD BE CLEAR!!The reason why it was closed was NOT because of north western mediations behalf it was [redacted] that cancelled the services with them because of all this!!!
