On March 11, 2020 I submitted an order and sent a check for $914.73. Northwest managed to get the order out on 3/18/20. The order has not been delivered. A week ago they said it would leave Singapore last weekend. It is still listed in Singapore. We have repetitively asked for a refund and been given the run around.

Sent stale dated meds and service is a nightmare so far

Dear Sirs:

On or about April 12, 2018 I placed an oredr with Northwest Pharmacy over the telephone in British Columbis, Canada. I never received the order that cost approximately $67.00 plus $9.99 shipping. At this point I must admit that I didn't pursue this matter expeditiously due to personal issues. However, the fact remains, that todate I've never received the order I placed and paid for. Recently, I have however sought restitution from NWP via a phone call on approximately June 6, 2018. I was directed to the Resolutions Department and afetr waiting on hold to speak to someone I finally left a VM and asked for a call back. Although I never received a call back, I did get an email response directking me to call them again concerning this matter. I did try to call again on June 15th and had the same trouble as before and still wasnt able to speak to anyone about my problem. I again, didn't receive any call back, but did again receive an email on June 20th again directing me to call them. Again, I called and waited on hold for the Resolutions Department and finally had to again leave a VM asking to be called back. Again, I didn't get a return call so I again tried and finally was able to speak to someone from the Resolutions Department. However, to my shock, I was told that they were aware that I didn't get my order because they received a "Return To Sender" notification form the ***. As I explained, I never received a notice of any attempt to deliver a package and that my apartment complex has delivery issues and no door or front desk attendant. And, they had proof that I never received the package by the RTS notice from the ***. I told them that I was very upset with their lack of service, that I no longer needed or wanted the drug that I ordered (when I didn't receive the order I sought and found another purveyor) any longer. All I wanted was my money returned to my bank account. They informed me that they wouldn't do that since they really had no proof that I didn't receive the order, but they would provide me store credit! I politely told them that I couln't use their store credit because I had nothing else to ever order from them and all I wanted was restitution for the oredr I never received! I then asked for a Supervisor, explained my concern and issue and was promptly told that there was nothing that could be done except store credit.

This is totally unacceptable to me. $76.99 is a great deal of money to me. ***

Please help me obtain the return of the funds I've expended.

This email is in regards to the discussion you had with our operations manager, Mike. Please accept this email as written confirmation that the customer in question has been issued an electronic refund of $66.89 on June 26, 2018 and I have confirmed with our processor that the refund was issued successfully. Please note, the amount that the patient had referenced as owed was not listed correctly as the original charge was just for the $66.89 as the product had promotional free shipping.

NorthWestpharmacy.com took my money for a prescription in September 2017. After several emails and faxes, they claim not to receive the Doctor's prescription. Now after three emails request a refund they will not refund my money.

They to my money in the form of transit and routing numbers from a check at *** in the US.
