My dog saw Dr. S[redacted] through an emergency clinic after my puppy broke his toe. She was not able to identify the break and told me the toe was not broken. Another vet was very quickly able to identify the break two days later and got new x-rays that clearly showed a break. The treatment Dr. S[redacted] suggested also would likely have not allowed my dog's foot to heal correctly. When she called me back about this after I let the clinic know the toe had been broken, she called me back to justify her actions, blame my 10-month-old dog for not holding still, and say that she wouldn't have done anything any different if she had known it was broken, even though every other animal related professional (including another vet) has stated that this could have caused my dog long-term problems. She was incredibly rude, asked me what my problem was, assumed I simply wanted money (my dog is insured....), and spent several minutes telling me how awesome she is and that she has been practicing a long time. Terrible vet, terrible experience, and can't even apologize for an error! I will NEVER take a dog back here!
