Hi good morning, My name is Silvia H*** I apologized for my late resonse to your email, I was on vacations so I do not have any idea of this case, but I spoked with my assistance manager and he inform to me the situation as follow:
we get issues with the boilet on
23th of December when we realized the problem we inmediately call a contractor to get if fix
on the 27th again same boiler stared with a diferent problem and again we call a contractor to take care of the boiler problem was resolve on the same day
After that we do not have any resident complaint for hot water Not even the *** lady inform to us about the situation till today Mrs *** do not made any formal report in our office requesting any situation in her apt according with our records her last order requested was on 09/08/the information is attached on this e-mail
Today Morning we inspect the boilers everything is working good no problems found it
