I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The chair I got was pealing awayWith in a week had nothing to do do with urine or animals as the bussiness is statingI have a text message saying to get a hold of them a sap to tell them the color or chair I wanted so they get me a replace.alos I have a voice mail saying carter needed to talk to me about the chair!! I have many pictures of the chair also talk to the company who makes the chair and they were waiting for Carterto tell them it was ok to ship the new chairThis is my response to ID [redacted] Refund I want my return of my money !!! I called this person and offered a full refund or to come over and repair the daybed, however she refused and said she dropped these chargesCarter
