Me and my friend had checked in at roughly 9 p.m on Saturday, September 23rd. At the time of check-in, I purchased the room on my ***. We were placed in room 142. After only a few hours of being there, my friend had discovered bedbugs crawling on the crack of the night stand. Five minutes later, she had a cockroach crawling on her hand. We went up to the front desk to politely ask for a refund, in which their employee, "***", offered to move us to a different room. We were so disgusted that we did not want a different room, we just wanted to receive a refund and leave. *** told us *** that they had a "no-refund policy", but we told them our health was potentially put at risk and that we felt a refund was more appropriate. He refused our request again and we asked to be placed in contact with the manager and in which he again refused. I would just like a refund please.
I would like to request a refund in the full amount of $83.25 please.
In response to your complaint I inspected the room number 142 and there was no sign of BB or roaches as we have a licensed structural applicator for the pest maintenance , and our hotel policy say "No Refund" and also the signing sheet that you signed before check inn, states the same. Still I am sorry for any inconvenience that is caused by us.

Clearly there was bed bugs and roaches in the room. I kept the bugs in a bag and had shown your employee *** and also the gentleman who was working security, and he also confirmed it was a bed bug and a roach. I have also taken photos of the bugs and submitted these photos to the health board. I didn't even stay in the room over night, I handed the room keys over and left only after a few hours of checking in. I do understand it is company policy for no refunds, but in this case my health was put at risk with the bugs.
