Review: On October 28, 2016 I had to go to the hospital in [redacted] because of a health issue. This resulted in me having several bills that ended up totaling over $1,000. I paid each of them regularly with $25 per month which ended up totaling about $300 a month. This is all I could afford and this was not a problem with any of them except for the bill I received from Norton Community Hospital through [redacted]. Even though they have recorded a payment received from me for December, January, February and March they have sent my bill to collections. I had tried on three occasions to call them and set up a payment plan but because their phone tree was so difficult to navigate I was unable to speak to anyone to assist me. I called them again today and had to wait 15 minutes to get a person to talk to me and ended up having to call back because halfway through the call they could not hear me. When I called back I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was told there was nothing I could do to get the bill out of collections, but was told all of the supervisors were in a meeting and that I could leave a message. I left a message and will wait to see if I get a return call, in the meantime if you could look into this and see if something could be done I would be very grateful.Desired Settlement: I would like this to be removed from collections.
